Mo. Rev. Stat. § 188.060: Records to be retained for seven years.

All medical records, reports, and other documents required to be kept under sections 188.010 to 188.085 shall be maintained in the permanent files of the abortion facility or hospital in which the abortion was performed for a period of seven years.
