Mo. Rev. Stat. § 191.213: Additional funding sources for certain programs.

State expenditures for programs and initiatives enacted by section 191.411 and sections 167.600 to 167.621 may be funded by federal funds, general revenue funds and any other funds appropriated to fund such programs.
