Mo. Rev. Stat. § 191.362: Appropriately trained employees to have completed course in dialysis techniques.

Appropriately trained employees of certified end-stage renal disease facilities, excluding licensed physicians and registered professional nurses, who may initiate dialysis shall be those employees who have successfully completed a course of study in the dialysis techniques.
