Mo. Rev. Stat. § 191.843: Authorizes grants for regional research consortia in a distressed community.

Regional research consortia within a city which lies partially or wholly within an area designated as a distressed community may apply for grants from the state for the purpose of conducting health research, including research into the prevention and cessation of smoking.
