Mo. Rev. Stat. § 193.325: Application of law.

The provisions of sections 193.005 to 193.325 apply to all certificates of birth, death, marriage and reports of dissolution of marriage and spontaneous fetal death received by the department and in the custody of the state registrar or any other custodian of vital records prior to August 13, 1984.
