Mo. Rev. Stat. § 194.105: Disinterment for transport to location outside original cemetery — notice, to whom.

In addition to any records filed pursuant to chapter 193, any person or owner or operator of any cemetery which removes any body which has been properly buried or interred for transportation to a location outside the original cemetery shall, prior to such disinterment, file notice with the county coroner or county medical examiner.
