Mo. Rev. Stat. § 196.318: Licensees to keep records.

All persons licensed under the provisions of sections 196.311 to 196.361 shall keep records of purchases and sales of eggs, of the grades of eggs bought and sold, and other related information necessary for the proper enforcement of sections 196.311 to 196.361, in the manner and form, and for such reasonable period of time, as may be prescribed by the rules and regulations of the director.
