Mo. Rev. Stat. § 196.470: Form and expiration of license.

The license issued under sections 196.450 to 196.515 shall be in such form as the department may prescribe. Licenses shall expire December thirty-first following date of issue. All licenses must be conspicuously displayed by the licensee in locker plants.
