Mo. Rev. Stat. § 196.595: Substandard products, sale or production prohibited.

Beginning September 28, 1981, no person shall produce, sell, offer for sale or process milk or cream for the manufacture of human food except in accordance with the provisions of sections 196.520 to 196.610 and the regulations promulgated hereunder.
