Mo. Rev. Stat. § 197.090: Existing hospitals to be allowed time to meet standards.

Any hospital which is in operation at the time of the promulgation of any applicable rule or regulation or minimum standard under this law shall be given a reasonable time under the particular circumstances not to exceed two years from the date of such promulgation within which to comply with such rules and regulations and minimum standards.
