Mo. Rev. Stat. § 197.278: Department responsibility for inspection and certification.

Any provision of chapter 198 to the contrary notwithstanding, the department shall have sole authority and responsibility for inspection and certification of hospices in this state, including, but not limited to, the physical facilities.
