Mo. Rev. Stat. § 2.060: Sale of laws.

The revisor of statutes may sell copies of the laws and resolutions at actual cost of printing and binding, as determined by the joint committee on legislative research, plus the cost of delivery, and the money received therefor shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the statutory revision fund.
