Mo. Rev. Stat. § 201.070: Plans and regulations to conform to federal requirements.

Any plan, rule, or regulation adopted by the administrator shall conform with regulations of the federal government to the extent necessary to qualify for the receipt of federal funds that may become available to the state for the treatment and care of children with special health care needs.
