Mo. Rev. Stat. § 201.120: Records of finances — personal records — personal records privileged.

The administrator shall keep complete and accurate records of all financial transactions of the service and also individual records of all patients which shall show the condition of the patient, treatment rendered, and results. All information as to personal facts and circumstances obtained in connection with the administration of the service constitutes privileged communications as well as the medical information therein contained.
