Mo. Rev. Stat. § 204.638: Grants or funds from state or federal government, trustees to accept.

The board of trustees of the reorganized common sewer district may apply for and accept grants or funds and material or labor from the state and federal government in the construction of a sewerage system, as provided by sections 204.600 to 204.640, and may enter into such agreements as may be required of the state or federal laws, or the rules and regulations of any federal or state department, to which the application is made, and where the assistance is granted.
