Mo. Rev. Stat. § 205.800: Board, organization (second class counties).

Said members shall immediately after their appointment, and annually thereafter, meet and organize by electing out of their number a president, vice president, treasurer and secretary. All subordinate officers, agents and employees appointed shall give such bonds for the faithful discharge of their duties as may be required by the board.
