Mo. Rev. Stat. § 205.950: Report of work and proceedings (third and fourth class counties).

The county superintendent of public welfare shall each year prepare and keep on file, a full report of his work and proceedings during the year, and shall file a copy with the county commission and with the secretary of the department of social services.
