Chapter 208 - Old Age Assistance, Aid to Dependent Children and General Relief

All benefits granted may be reconsidered by the director of the department of social services or the appropriate division as frequently as he or she may deem necessary. After such further investigation the amount of a benefit may be changed or entirely withdrawn.
