Chapter 208 - Old Age Assistance, Aid to Dependent Children and General Relief

The state shall not provide payments, add-ons, or reimbursements to health care providers through MO HealthNet for medical assistance services provided to persons who do not reside in this state, as determined under 42 CFR 435.403, or any amendments or successor regulations thereto.
