Chapter 208 - Old Age Assistance, Aid to Dependent Children and General Relief

The department of health and senior services shall apply for and administer the U. S. Department of Agriculture Commodity Supplemental Food Program and, upon federal appropriations, the department of health and senior services shall in turn distribute the commodity foods from this program pursuant to federal regulation * to elderly persons through qualified food banks and other qualified programs.
