Subject to appropriations, the department of health and senior services shall develop or contract with a state agency or third party to develop an interactive assessment tool, which may include mobile as well as centralized functionality, for utilization when implementing the assessment and authorization process for MO HealthNet home and community-based services authorized by the division of senior and disability services.
