Mo. Rev. Stat. § 21.487: Public institutions of higher education funding formula, joint committee to develop and implement.

The joint committee on education shall develop a comprehensive funding formula for Missouri public institutions of higher education by December 31, 2013. The general assembly shall implement a funding formula beginning in fiscal year 2015.
