Mo. Rev. Stat. § 21.620: Expenses, how paid.

The expenses of filing and printing of bills pursuant to sections 21.600 to 21.620 shall be paid out of the regular appropriation made to each house for the printing of bills and approved according to the rules or practices of the senate or house of representatives, as the case may be.
