Mo. Rev. Stat. § 210.551: Grievance procedure for decisions of division to be developed with cooperation of foster parents group.

The children's division shall, by January 1, 1988, develop a procedure by which foster parents may appeal adverse decisions affecting their rights made by the division. Such procedure shall be mutually agreed upon by the division and an organization of foster parents with whom they shall consult.
