Mo. Rev. Stat. § 210.652: Electronic exchanging of data and documents.

Beginning August 28, 2020, the department of social services, in conjunction with the office of administration, shall implement a computerized method to allow for the electronic exchanging of data and documents required by the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children to place children across state lines.
