Mo. Rev. Stat. § 210.844: Applicability of certain statutes.

In a proceeding to determine the existence of the parent and child relationship brought under sections 454.850 to 454.997* or under sections 454.1500 to 454.1728, the provisions of sections 210.817, 210.822, 210.823, 210.834, and 210.836 shall apply, but no other provisions of sections 210.818 through 210.852 shall apply.
