Mo. Rev. Stat. § 210.918: Toll-free telephone service maintained for access to information.

The department shall establish and maintain a toll-free telephone service to promote family and community safety by allowing access to certain information recorded in the registry, as provided in section 210.921. The department shall develop strategies to promote public awareness of the family care safety registry and toll-free telephone service.
