Mo. Rev. Stat. § 210.922: Use of registry information by certain departments, when.

The department of health and senior services, department of mental health, department of elementary and secondary education, and department of social services may use the registry information to carry out the duties assigned to the department pursuant to this chapter and chapters 168, 190, 195, 197, 198, 630, and 660.
