Mo. Rev. Stat. § 211.180: Family preservation screenings, conducted when, results.

Family preservation screenings shall be conducted by the children's division within seventy-two hours of the removal of a child from the home and placement in the custody of the court. The results of this screening shall be submitted to the juvenile court judge for consideration in the order of disposition or treatment of the child.
