Mo. Rev. Stat. § 217.330: Department to conduct tests — assignment of offender.

1. The department shall conduct such testing and other diagnostic examinations as may by rule be established by the director and shall assign the offender to the appropriate correctional center.

2. The reception and diagnostic centers shall deliver to the correctional center to which the offender is assigned a report of its findings and appropriate recommendations.
