Mo. Rev. Stat. § 217.495: Appropriate court defined.

The phrase "appropriate court" as used in the agreement on detainers shall, with reference to the courts of this state, mean the state supreme court, the state court of appeals, and the state circuit courts except the probate or municipal divisions thereof.
