Mo. Rev. Stat. § 217.675: Handbook of rules governing conduct of parolees furnished to whom, duties of board.

The members of the board shall prepare and cause to be published a handbook containing all rules, regulations, and suggestions governing the conduct of parolees. Handbooks shall be furnished to all parolees and to any employer of a parolee who requests it. The handbook shall be continuously revised and updated by the board.
