Mo. Rev. Stat. § 226.360: Political subdivisions to convey parkway areas.

Political subdivisions of this state are hereby authorized to acquire and convey to the United States or to the state transportation department, parkway areas in accordance with the provisions of sections 226.280 to 226.430.
