Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.010: Definitions.

The definitions of the terms "civil subdivision", "commission", "commissioner", "engineer", "municipality", "state highway" and "hard-surfaced road" as provided by section 226.010 shall apply to such terms as used in this chapter.
