Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.306: V.F.W. Memorial Highway, portion of U.S. Highway 36 designated as (includes Livingston and Linn counties).

The portion of United States Highway 36 within any county of the third classification with a township form of government and having a population of more than thirteen thousand but less than fifteen thousand inhabitants shall be designated the "V.F.W. Memorial Highway".
