Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.390: Officer Michael Barwick Memorial Highway designated for a portion of I-44 in St. Louis City.

The portion of Interstate 44 from the city limits of the city not within a county east to the intersection of Kingshighway shall be designated the "Officer Michael Barwick Memorial Highway". Costs for such designation shall be paid by private donation.
