Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.406: CW2 Matthew G. Kelley Memorial Highway designated for portion of Highway 69 in city of Cameron.

The portion of U.S. Highway 69, from the southern city limits of Cameron to its intersection with Interstate 35, shall be designated the "CW2 Matthew G. Kelley Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid for by private donations.
