Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.428: Randy Bever Memorial Highway designated for portion of Business Highway 71 in Andrew County.

The portion of Business Highway 71 from the Interstate 29 intersection traveling north for two miles and located in Andrew County shall be designated as the "Randy Bever Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway with the cost for such designation to be paid by private donation .
