Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.449: Sherman Brown Jr. Memorial Highway designated for a portion of State Highway 163 in Boone County.

The portion of State Highway 163 from the interchange with Interstate 70 continuing south to Loop 70 in Boone County shall be designated as "Sherman Brown Jr. Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
