Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.479: Duane S Michie Memorial Highway designated for a portion of State Highway D in Pemiscot County.

The portion of State Highway D from the intersection with State Highway 84 continuing north to County Road 321 in Pemiscot County shall be designated the "Duane S Michie Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
