Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.495: U.S. Army Specialist Michael Campbell Memorial Highway designated for portion of U.S. Highway 54 in Cole County.

The portion of U.S. State Highway 54 from State Highway E to State Highway D in Cole County shall be designated as the "U.S. Army Specialist Michael Campbell Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
