Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.507: Officer Orville Rosenstengel Memorial Highway designated for a portion of U.S. Highway 54 in Audrain County.

The portion of U.S. Highway 54 from the intersection of County Road 557 to the intersection of County Road 577 in Audrain County shall be designated the "Officer Orville Rosenstengel Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway with the costs paid by private donations.
