Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.532: Edward F. Dixon The Third Memorial Highway designated for a portion of Missouri 249 in Jasper County.

The portion of Missouri 249 from State Highway VV continuing north to Missouri 171 in Jasper County shall be designated as the "Edward F. Dixon The Third Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs of such designation to be paid for by private donation .
