Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.541: Highway Patrol Sgt. Benjamin Booth Memorial Highway designated for a portion of I-70 in Boone County.

The portion of Interstate 70 from Rangeline Street continuing west to Business Loop 70 in Boone County shall be designated as "Highway Patrol Sgt. Benjamin Booth Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
