Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.606: Requests for approval, contents — fee.

1. Any potential private partner may submit a request for approval to the commission to finance, develop, and/or operate a project. The commission may request such additional information and material in a form and manner determined by the commission.

2. The commission may charge a reasonable fee to cover the costs of processing, reviewing, and evaluating a request for approval submitted by a potential private partner.
