Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.788: Police Surgeon James F Cooper MD Memorial Bridge designated for a bridge on I-64 in St. Louis City.

The bridge on Interstate 64 crossing over Sarah Street in St. Louis City shall be designated as the "Police Surgeon James F Cooper MD Memorial Bridge". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such bridge, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
