Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.801: Senator Paula J. Carter memorial highway designated for portion of I-70 in St. Louis City.

The portion of Interstate 70 in the city of St. Louis from the Salisbury Street overpass continuing west to the Goodfellow Boulevard overpass shall be designated the "Senator Paula J. Carter Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
