Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.808: Police Officer Richard C Fleming Memorial Highway designated in Jackson County.

The portion of Interstate 435 from the Kansas/Missouri state line continuing to Holmes Road in Jackson County shall be designated the "Police Officer Richard C Fleming Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
