The portion of State Highway P from State Highway 30 continuing north to State Highway 366 in St. Louis County shall be designated the "Firefighter Benjamin J Polson Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
