Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.881: Davy & Natalie Lloyd memorial highway designation for a portion of U.S. Highway 60 in Newton County.

Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the portion of U.S. Highway 60 from Kodiak Road continuing east to Cemetery Road in Newton County shall be designated the "Davy & Natalie Lloyd Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
